Had a big scare on Sunday with our new puppy . Called the after hours emergency line and the vet tech was awesome and very kind . Communication between the tech and the vet and us was just amazing. We ended up having to come in they met us up there . They were caring and very knowledgeable. We weren’t even patients there but they didn’t treat our puppy any different. Will be making a change to use them for routine vet for all of our dogs . You just can’t ask for a morning caring people who go above and beyond !!!!

Unfortunately our cat of 13 years was put to sleep at 8:30pm last night. Dr.Goerdel and his assistant Meagan having never seen our cat or meet us before came out and were so sypathetic with our situation from the minute we called. He was so caring and never made us feel rushed. I would give 10 stars to this clinic if I could. Thank you Dr. Goerdel and Meagan again for being there!

Our cat was sick over the weekend and was not feel well, we called here early the morning and were seen right after we hung up the staff were kind. Doc Lampart, put us at ease, did what she does and made our cat be himself again. The procedures are also very affordable and the office is super clean and sterile. Will be back the get my cat annual check ups here.

We were in town for a short while staying on the beach when our dog started showing signs of being sick so we took her here and they were amazing! She is a reactive dog, but they were very caring and able to work with us and her with no issues. Dr. Brandi is extremely caring and also very realistic! She even called to check on our pup after our visit. The vet techs were also very caring, informative, and kind! Highly recommend!

We had an emergency visit today with my mother’s elderly lab and our vet was not open. I called Freeport Vet Clinic and they welcomed us with open arms. Dr. Gallegos was amazing and so compassionate. She explained options and when we ultimately chose to let Remy go peacefully, she explained the entire process and was so comforting throughout it all. I cannot say enough good things about a sad experience that was made so much easier by our ability to be with him and take the time we needed. Our charges were extremely reasonable and we are SO grateful to Freeport Vet and Dr. Gallegos – highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing. Sadly had to go in for an emergency. They didn’t try to push anything he didn’t need. Super friendly and helpful. If I have to go to a vet. Emergency or not. I’m coming here again.
