Pet Parasite Prevention

We frequently see pets infected with the following parasites:

  • Heartworms
  • Hook, Round, Whip, and Tapeworms
  • Fleas & Ticks
  • Coccidia, Giardia and other intestinal protozoa
  • Demodectic and Sarcastic Mange Mites

Many of these conditions can and will be diagnosed and treated at your annual vaccination appointment. The good news, however, is that most can be prevented simply by staying on monthly preventatives for both your dogs and cats.

Our veterinarians will also discuss other strategies you can employ to keep your pets parasite free.
